Since we do not manage the receipt of comments or DMs on the Account, we are under no obligation to respond to inquiries regarding comments or DMs. For inquiries or feedback regarding the Company or our services, please use the “Contact Us” section on our website.
All copyrights to works posted or commented on by customers and users in the comment section of the Account belong to the customers and users who created such works, provided that such use does not violate the terms of service of the respective social media platforms. However, by posting such works, customers and users are deemed to have granted us the right to use said works on a non-exclusive, royalty-free basis, and agree not to exercise moral rights regarding our use of said works.
We may use the content posted by customers and users in our future activities and marketing, etc., after appropriately processing it so that specific individuals or companies cannot be identified.
