Security Policy
MI-6 Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) operates under the management philosophy of “Believing in the infinite potential of people and materials.” We consider it our mission to meet the expectations of all stakeholders—including our customers, employees, and their families—and to contribute to society.
Our business activities rely on a wide range of information assets, and we recognize that protecting these assets is a critical management priority in order to meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
To live up to the trust placed in us by our customers and society, we hereby declare that we have formulated this Basic Policy on Information Security. Based on this policy, we will establish and operate an ISMS (Information Security Management System) and commit the entire the Company to continuous improvement in light of changes in the environment surrounding us.
1. Management Responsibility
The Company will strive to improve and enhance information security in an organized and continuous manner under management leadership.
2. Establishment of Internal Systems
We will establish an organizational structure dedicated to maintaining and improving information security, and we will formalize information security measures as official internal regulations.
3. Employee Awareness and Competence
Our employees will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and will reliably implement information security measures.
4. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Contractual Requirements
We will comply with all laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, and we will meet our customers’ expectations.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of any violations of laws or contracts, or incidents related to information security, the Company will respond appropriately and strive to prevent recurrence.
